Breaking Ground, Building Futures: Our New Campus Is Coming to Nash County

We’re Hiring Soon: Join Our Team

We’re excited to announce a major step forward for our company and the region. On October 1, we’ll officially break ground on our new 80,000-square-foot campus in Nash County. This milestone, made possible through collaboration with the Nash County Economic Development Council, marks the beginning of a new chapter in innovation, workforce development, and community engagement in the region.

What’s Coming: A Hub for Innovation and Opportunity

Our new campus will feature:

  • A manufacturing plant dedicated to advanced construction technology
  • Modern office spaces designed for collaboration and growth
  • A public café and marketplace to welcome the broader community

This facility will create a diverse range of career opportunities across engineering, design, manufacturing, hospitality, and operations — with starting wages beginning at $60,000.

We plan to hire 44 employees within our first year, growing to a full team of 80 to 100 as operations scale.

We’re Hiring Soon: Join Our Team

As construction begins, so does our search for the first members of our growing team. We’re preparing to hire for several key positions and invite professionals who are ready to shape the future of construction tech to apply.

Initial roles will include:

  • Drafters
  • Architects
  • Estimators
  • Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company from the ground up—literally—while working on projects that will define the future of the industry.

Partnering With Education and Research Institutions

We believe in investing in the future workforce. That’s why we’re proud to announce our intent to partner with local colleges, universities, and research institutes to create:

  • Internship and work–study programs
  • Student field trips and facility tours
  • Joint research and development opportunities

These programs will give students real-world exposure to careers in architecture, construction, engineering, and technology—bridging the gap between education and industry.

Looking Ahead

This groundbreaking marks more than the start of construction. It represents our commitment to creating long-term value for our employees, our industry, and the Nash County community.

We look forward to sharing more soon, including official job postings and partnership opportunities.

Construction begins October 1. Hiring will follow shortly after.
