How is pricing handled?

Is it expensive to ship building elements from Germany to the US?

When it comes to building elements, we rely on direct nonstop shipping methods, versus trucking routes that typically make multiple stopovers. Because of the direct and seamless route from our hub in Germany, (from harvest to distribution to local lumber yard), the cost of the transportation, as well as the overall carbon footprint, is a fraction of what it is to build a traditional home in the US.

What is the cheapest type of home you could build with BuildLabs?

A combination of process, materials, and construction methods all contribute to determining the final price. The time and labor costs, meanwhile, will be your largest expense.
