BuildLabs Establishes State-of-the-Art Facility in Nashville, North Carolina, Revolutionizing Construction Solutions Nationwide

The Hamptons, NY-based tech firm is expected to generate hundreds of construction and manufacturing jobs over the next five years.

New York, NY- April 17, 2024 - BuildLabs, a pioneering construction technology firm with offices spanning New York, Germany, and India, is opening its inaugural US-based production facility in Nashville, North Carolina. The 20,000 sq-ft manufacturing hub will be dedicated to expanding the reach of BuildLabs' revolutionary construction solutions, as well as the company’s mission to disrupt homebuilding and homebuying across the country.

Set to produce 150-200 homes and projects annually, totaling a staggering 500,000 square feet, the BuildLabs manufacturing hub will create sustainable building materials and foundations with unprecedented precision.

Punit Chugh has more than 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, working on local and international projects.  

As cofounder of Bridgehampton, NY-based BuildLabs, Punit has spent over 10 years working through every aspect of the business from construction to contracts. He is leading the pathway to building America’s most sustainable and efficient buildings using off-siteand on-site building methods. This Hybrid Construction Methodology (HCM) is driven by AI, data technology, and skilled human craftsmanship. He manages multiple teams with offices in New York, Germany, and India.
