As we continue to grow across multiple locations, we are seeking a dedicated Technology Manager to oversee and protect our technical infrastructure and intellectual property.

This role is responsible for managing all company hardware, software platforms, system security, and digital assets across multiple site locations. The Technology Manager ensures that our teams have secure, efficient, and reliable systems to support project execution and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all company hardware including computers, tablets, phones, printers, and jobsite technology
  • Manage and maintain company software systems and subscriptions
  • Ensure proper setup, configuration, and deployment of devices for new and existing employees
  • Maintain cybersecurity protocols and safeguard company intellectual property
  • Monitor system access, permissions, and data security across all platforms
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers
  • Manage network infrastructure across office and jobsite locations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to staff
  • Oversee cloud storage systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes
  • Maintain inventory of all technology assets across multiple sites
  • Establish and enforce technology usage policies and best practices
  • Support implementation of new digital tools and process improvements
  • Partner with leadership to align technology strategy with business goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or systems administration
  • Experience managing hardware and software across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms, network management, and data protection
  • Ability to manage vendors and external IT consultants
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in construction or multi-site operations is a plus

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: In-person, 5 days per week required
  • Ability to travel between BuildLabs site locations as needed
  • Ability to commute: Required

Compensation

  • Annual salary will be determined based on education and experience
