About the Role
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the organization and flow of office operations for a luxury custom building company. This individual will support internal teams through document management, coordination, communication, and administrative processes.
This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational habits, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Manage and organize digital and physical files in accordance with company systems
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Support project teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping across various platforms
- Uphold company standards for document control and organization
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative workflows
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
