BuildLabs is a high-end custom home building company committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and our philosophy of Building Beyond. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence.

This role is responsible for driving marketing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, managing resources effectively, and ensuring alignment with company growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Oversee campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels
  • Align marketing initiatives with BuildLabs business goals
  • Manage marketing staff and assign responsibilities
  • Track and report on marketing performance and return on investment
  • Coordinate website, social media, email, and advertising efforts
  • Support business development and client acquisition initiatives
  • Maintain BuildLabs brand standards and messaging guidelines
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams
  • Ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and at a high level of quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
  • 4–8 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and campaign management
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring performance metrics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and website management preferred
  • Construction or luxury brand experience is a bonus

Compensation

  • Annual salary will be determined based on education and experience
